After the blockbuster success of Baby, the popular on-screen pair of Anand Deverakonda and Vaishnavi Chaitanya is set to reunite for the romantic drama EPIC – First Semester. The makers have officially announced that the film will arrive in theatres on September 11, coinciding with the Ganesh festival holiday.
Set against the backdrop of college life in a foreign country, EPIC – First Semester promises a youthful love story packed with romance, emotions, and memorable moments. The film has been in production for some time and has steadily generated curiosity among audiences.
The musical promotions have already received an encouraging response, with Hesham Abdul Wahab’s melody “Sancharame” becoming a favourite among music lovers. The makers are also counting on the crackling chemistry between Anand Deverakonda and Vaishnavi Chaitanya, whose pairing won widespread appreciation in Baby.
The film marks the directorial debut of Aditya Haasan, who previously impressed audiences with the hit web series 90’s on ETV Win. His transition to the big screen has added to the anticipation surrounding the project.
