After creating a sensation at the box office and emerging as the biggest hit of Akhil Akkineni’s career, LENIN is all set to entertain audiences on OTT. The rural action drama will make its digital debut on ZEE5 from August 7, giving movie lovers another chance to watch one of the biggest Telugu blockbusters of the year from the comfort of their homes.
Directed by Murali Kishor Abburu, the film stars Akhil Akkineni and Bhagyashri Borse in the lead roles, with Sivaji, Sunil, Easwari Rao, Brahmaji, Getup Srinu, Ramki, and Pramod Panju playing key supporting characters. The film is produced by Nagarjuna Akkineni and Suryadevara Naga Vamsi under the banners of Manam Enterprises and Sithara Entertainments. Thaman S. composed the music, while Leon Britto handled the cinematography and Navin Nooli took care of the editing.
Set against the backdrop of rural Andhra Pradesh, LENIN follows the journey of a fearless young man whose personal struggles evolve into a larger fight against injustice. Blending action, romance, family emotions, humour, and commercial entertainment, the film struck a strong emotional chord with audiences during its theatrical run.
