Mega Prince Varun Tej stars in Korean Kanakaraju, an upcoming horror-comedy written and directed by Merlapaka Gandhi. Produced by UV Creations in association with First Frame Entertainments, the film features music by Thaman S. and promises a unique blend of comedy, action, fantasy, and horror.

Also starring Satya and Ritika Nayak, Korean Kanakaraju is gearing up to deliver a fun-filled entertainer unlike anything seen before.

The much-awaited teaser has now been unveiled by Rebel Star Prabhas.

The teaser introduces Kanakaraju, a carefree youngster from Penukonda in Rayalaseema, whose life takes a bizarre turn after he falls in love with a Korean girl. When a mysterious vessel arrives from Korea carrying supernatural forces, Kanakaraju becomes possessed by a Korean spirit, transforming into the eccentric Korean Kanakaraju. What follows is a hilarious, action-packed, and spooky adventure.

Varun Tej impresses with his authentic Rayalaseema dialect, rugged makeover, and effortless comic timing. His scenes with Satya are among the biggest highlights, while Ritika Nayak looks charming in her role. Director Merlapaka Gandhi once again delivers his trademark entertainment by blending rural humor with supernatural fantasy, creating a fresh and commercially appealing world.
