Dulquer Salmaan Unleashes His Most Stylish Avatar Yet in ‘I Am Game’ Trailer

The makers of Dulquer Salmaan’s highly anticipated fantasy thriller I Am Game have finally dropped its action-packed trailer, offering a spectacular glimpse into what promises to be one of the biggest Malayalam films of 2026. Slated for a grand worldwide theatrical release on August 20, 2026, as an Onam special, the film is expected to be the biggest project of Dulquer Salmaan’s career.

Directed by Nahas Hidayath, who scored a blockbuster with RDX, I Am Game is produced by Dulquer Salmaan and Jom Varghese under the Wayfarer Films banner. The screenplay has been crafted by Sajir Baba, Ismail Aboobacker, and Bilal Moidu, while the dialogues are written by Sajir Baba, Adarsh Sukumaran, and Shabas Rasheed.

The trailer is packed with breathtaking visuals, adrenaline-pumping action, and stylish chase sequences, teasing an immersive fantasy thriller unlike anything Malayalam cinema has delivered before. Dulquer Salmaan grabs attention with a never-before-seen mass makeover, combining style, intensity, and action in equal measure.

Filmed across more than 100 locations in South India, the film is mounted on a lavish scale and is gearing up for one of the biggest pan-Indian releases of the year. The first-look and second-look posters had already generated tremendous buzz, and the trailer has taken expectations to the next level.

Music for the film is composed by Jakes Bejoy, whose powerful background score elevates every frame of the trailer. Jimshi Khalid’s stunning cinematography and the high-octane action choreography by Anbariv Masters further enhance the film’s grand visual appeal. The audio rights have been acquired by Zee Music.
