Dulquer Salmaan’s upcoming film with debut director Ravi Nelakuditi has finally got its title. The makers today unveiled the first look and announced that the romantic entertainer has been named Sri Sri, with the tagline “Love Will Spark Again.” Backed by Sudhakar Cherukuri under the SLV Cinemas banner as its landmark 10th production (#SLV10), the film stars Pooja Hegde as the female lead, marking her first on-screen pairing with Dulquer.
The first-look poster presents the lead pair in a simple yet heartwarming setting. Dulquer Salmaan and Pooja Hegde are seen sitting on a compound wall, sharing a cheerful moment that instantly reflects their effortless chemistry. Dressed in matching light blue outfits, the duo appears to be playing classmates, with the poster capturing a sense of youthful innocence, nostalgia, and the beginning of a beautiful romance.
Unlike conventional romantic posters, Sri Sri opts for subtle emotions over grandeur. Dulquer’s shy smile and Pooja’s carefree laughter create an endearing visual that hints at a story filled with love, friendship, hope, and second chances. The refreshing design and natural expressions have already struck a chord with fans on social media.
The film boasts a talented technical team, with cinematography by Anay Om Goswamy, music by GV Prakash Kumar, and production design by Avinash Kolla. With its feel-good first impression and an exciting new pairing at its core, Sri Sri is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated romantic entertainers in Dulquer Salmaan’s career.
The makers are planning a Pan-India release, with the film set to hit theatres in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam.
